The Green Man is an ancient symbol, most commonly representing renewal, rejuvenation and rebirth. He pre-dates Christianity and ties to Pagan beliefs. He's been co-opted by many religions over the years and used to mean many things but to us he speaks to the Earth's strength and ability to bounce back. Long after we're gone, the earth will remain; verdant and strong.
